Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Track sprint progress, manage risks, dependencies, and remove impediments impacting team productivity.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and support CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management.
  • Monitor and report team performance using project dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
  • Work with ServiceNow teams to automate workflows, approvals, incident, change, and request management processes.
  • Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, and IT service management best practices.
  • Support IT audits, security audits, compliance assessments, and evidence collection activities.
  • Track audit findings, remediation actions, and compliance requirements to closure.
  • Collaborate with security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure governance standards are maintained.
  • Facilitate change management and release planning activities across multiple teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.
  • Prepare project status reports, RAID logs, and executive-level communications.
  • Support incident management, problem management, and post-incident review processes.
  • Mentor teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and DevOps culture.
