Job Summary

3 to 5 years hands-on experience building AI agents (Copilot Studio / Microsoft 365 Copilot)

Key Responsibilities

  • AI- enabled ELT dashboard - Move the ELT summary dahsboard prototype into prod in
  • Power BI with an  AI insight layer 
    AI forecast simulator - Productionize the existing prototype using CRM and power BI data, deploy and AI coach agent to support forecasting decisions and automate stage-weight caliberation and forecast acuracy tracking to continously improve prediction quality
  • Pipeline Hygiene - Move prototype into prod. Automate the flags (sale or duplicate opportunities, close data, Tx renewable and owner alert
  • Revamp of existing dahsboard with AI inghts - Retrofit Sales 360 and other core dashboard with AI genertaed insights and recommendations using repratbale pattern
  • CRM data validation agent - Build an agent to detect, classify and route Salesforedata quality issues
  • Whitespace and customer report agent - Automate whotespace analysis and cross sell insights by account, segment, product group. Build an agent to pull and prepare data for custome report requests including cross sell analyses, from C-force and snoflake
  • Internal AI skills training - Traing and coach, the data analytics team to build and manitain agents, building in house agents
  • AI Sales Wokflow - Agentic Sales Intelligenece Flow - Build MVP of the seller facing workflow. integrate Salesforce, marking, and other sales data, surface account and buying signals,recommend next best actions, and personalized outreach

Skill Requirements

•            Strong, hands-on experience building AI agents (Copilot Studio / Microsoft 365 Copilot)

•            Experience connecting agents to Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, and other Sales org tools, including security and permissions

•            API connector development and integration experience

•            Working knowledge of Power BI/DAX and sales and pipeline data

•            Ability to coach and upskill a team, not only build
