Job Description

Job Summary

Detailed JD:

  • Design, develop, enhance, and support customizations for HCL/IBM Unica Campaign and Unica Plan platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based integrations, services, and automation solutions supporting marketing workflows.
  • Build and support ETL processes using SSIS and related data integration technologies.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and data processing jobs.
  • Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and environment migrations.
  • Develop batch automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospective activities.
  • Create technical design documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support documentation.
  • Partner with external vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.
  • Provide on-call support for critical production applications as needed.

 

Required skills:

  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Java
    • Spring Framework / Spring Boot
    • REST APIs
    • SQL Server
    • Oracle databases
    • JDBC
    • JSON/XML
    • Git
  • 3+ years of SSIS development experience.
  • Experience designing and supporting ETL and batch processing solutions.
  • Strong SQL development skills, including:
    • Stored Procedures
    • Performance Tuning
    • Complex Queries
    • Data Modeling
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
