SAP FICO Consultant

Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Magarpatta, Pune
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong foundation in Finance, hands-on SAP FICO expertise, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience across key Finance processes and SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to independently lead discussions, workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation activities.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
  • Minimum 2 years of Finance domain experience, with exposure to areas such as:
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • General Finance
    • Asset Accounting
    • Indirect Tax
    • Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
  • Experience in at least 4+ end-to-end SAP implementations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO modules.
  • Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with Central Finance (CFIN).
  • Ability to independently lead client/stakeholder discussions and workshops.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, and implementation.
  • Experience preparing functional and technical documentation, including:
    • Functional Specifications
    • User Manuals
    • Process Documentation
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Desired / Good-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with intelligent automation/RPA tools such as:
    • UiPath
    • Blue Prism
    • Automation Anywhere
  • Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities within SAP Finance processes.
