Job Description

Role: Team Member (French)
Skill: Customer Service, French
Experience: 1 year to 5 years
Job Location: TCS Mumbai
Shift: 24x7 shifts

The French Language Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to French-speaking clients. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication in French.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Translate documents and communications between French and English as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to address client needs.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications
• Graduate in any stream.
• Fluency in Canadian French and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools.
• Minimum 2 years of contact center experience.

Key Skills Required
• Knowledge of Canadian French culture and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in translation or interpretation is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
