Job Description

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, validate, and analyze operational and business data from various sources.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Generate analytical reports and presentations for management reviews.
Business Performance Monitoring
  • Track business performance against targets and budgets.
  • Support variance analysis and root cause identification.
  • Assist in preparing business forecasts and performance projections.
  • Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Process Improvement
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support automation and digitization initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
  • Support management reviews, audits, and business meetings.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and business updates.
Database & Systems Management
  • Maintain data integrity across business systems.
  • Support ERP, BI tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Assist in developing dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or other analytics tools.
Key Deliverables
  • Timely and accurate MIS reports.
  • Business performance dashboards.
  • Data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • KPI monitoring and trend analysis.
  • Process improvement initiatives and tracking.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • MBA (Finance/Operations/Analytics) preferred.
Experience
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, MIS, Operations Analytics, Data Analysis, or Performance Management.
  • Experience in infrastructure, ports, logistics, manufacturing, energy, or large corporate environments preferred.
