We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Tanishq. As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the floor, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
