Job Description

Team Lead – B2B Collections (Accounts Receivable)

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5-7 Years
Grade: BPO 3 / BPO 4
Process: B2B AR Collections
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Shift: Rotational & Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end B2B Collections operations and ensure smooth daily BAU activities.
  • Drive team performance against Collections, Dispute Management, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, shrinkage, and attrition metrics.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and on-floor training to improve team performance.
  • Review operational issues, identify process improvements, and drive efficiencies.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports and improvement plans.
  • Support client management and ensure delivery against business expectations.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of B2B Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Dispute Management processes.
  • Experience managing teams in an International B2B Collections environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Good knowledge of quality tools, reporting, and performance management.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

  • 5-7 years of overall experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on B2B Collections experience.
  • Prior experience leading teams in international collections operations.
