Job Description

Role: Team Leader, UK Insurance Operations

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UK insurance operations and ensure smooth process delivery.
Ensure SLA achievement, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
Manage and coach team members to drive high performance.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Identify process risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Engage with stakeholders and maintain strong governance standards.
Drive process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
2-4 years of operations experience.
Strong understanding of UK insurance processes and concepts.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
