Job Title: Team Lead-Tanishq-Bundgarden
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our retail team at Tanishq-Bundgarden. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Provide training and guidance to team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus
