Job Description

Supervise day-to-day Hire-to-Retire operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant completion
of HR transactions and employee queries.
• Allocate work, monitor team capacity, manage shifts and coverage, and balance workloads to meet
service commitments.
• Track SLAs, KPIs, turnaround times, quality, productivity, backlog, and ticket volumes; take corrective
action where required.
• Review team output for accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures, policies,
controls, and data privacy requirements.
• Handle operational escalations, investigate issues, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and ensure
timely resolution and closure.
• Support delivery across areas such as people data management, HR administration, position and
organization management, HR systems and reporting, talent acquisition support, and employee
lifecycle transactions.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including performance trends,
risks, issues, and action plans.
• Conduct team huddles, one-to-one discussions, coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and
development planning.
• Train new team members and maintain process knowledge, standard operating procedures, job aids,
and cross-training plans.
• Partner with client contacts, HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, and other teams to
manage dependencies and resolve service issues.
• Identify process gaps and support standardization, automation, root-cause analysis, and continuous
improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, transitions, service stabilization, business continuity activities, and implementation of
corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and a customer-focused culture within the team.
