This position is for IXD looking after both inbound and DA Department<br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>1. Daily Management of shift:<br/>2. Administrative management of associates<br/>3. Job allocation to associates<br/>4. Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.<br/>5. Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues<br/>6. Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans<br/>7. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates<br/>8. Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis<br/>
- Bachelor's degree<br/>- Speak, write, and read fluently in English<br/>- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications<br/>- Experience with Excel
