This role will be responsible for managing Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), LinkedIn B2B lead generation campaigns, lead nurturing programs, marketing analytics, and the planning and execution of exhibitions, webinars, and customer engagement events. The role aligns with TEAL's marketing initiatives around LinkedIn campaigns, Pardot-driven lead nurturing, ABM programs, and trade show participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Pardot campaigns, email nurturing, landing pages, forms, lead scoring, and automation workflows.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads, Lead Gen campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Develop lead generation campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, lead quality, and marketing analytics across key channels.
- Organize trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, customer events, and campus engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendors, branding, promotions, and post-event lead nurturing.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Demand Generation, or Marketing Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot / Account Engagement.
- Experience managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, lead management, and marketing analytics.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience executing industry events, exhibitions, webinars, or customer engagement programs.
