Job Description

TCS Hiring for Delivery Excellence Partner

Role: Delivery Excellence Partner
Location: Chennai, 
Experience: 6 – 12 years

Education:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) 

Skills:
• iQMS knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Basics of AI
• Knowledge of TQM
• Prior experience as Quality Partner / Excellence      Partner / Compliance Lead
• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Mentoring experience
• Participation in internal and external audits
• iQMS, Basics of AI, Total Quality Management (TQM), MS Office, Excel
• Relevant experience in Quality / Excellence / Compliance roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills
• Customer centricity
• Strong team player
• Advanced analytical skills

Responsibilities:
• Drive delivery excellence initiatives within Enterprise CBO (SCM)
• Ensure adherence to iQMS and quality frameworks
• Implement Total Quality Management practices
• Conduct internal and external audits and ensure compliance readiness
• Mentor teams on quality and process excellence initiatives
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Support AI-driven and automation-led quality improvements
• Strong understanding of quality frameworks and compliance requirements
• Ability to apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Effective stakeholder communication and engagement
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach
• Ability to drive quality culture within teams
• Customer-focused mindset
