1. Service Delivery & SLA Management
• Own the global execution and delivery of the Sales & Use Tax function, ensuring all
tax filings, remittances, and month-end account reconciliations consistently exceed
established SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor operational tax metrics (e.g., Filing Timeliness, Data Accuracy, Notice
Resolution Cycle Times, and Use Tax Optimization Rates) and present regular
performance scorecards to financial leadership.
• Drive continuous process transformation to shorten the tax close cycle and eliminate
manual data manipulation through advanced automated solutions.
