Job Description

Job Title: Tax Accountant
Experience: 10 – 15 yrs
Location: TCS Siruseri office, Chennai
Education: Chartered Accountant (Qualified / Semi Qualified) / Bachelor's/Master’s in Commerce or MBA in Finance and Accounting
Certifications: Chartered Accountant (Qualified / Semi Qualified)
Must Have:
Proficiency in core accounting, accounting standards, IFRS, GAAP.
Core Tax accounting experience (Filing of returns, Direct & Indirect Tax)
Working experience in SAP, Oracle Accounting ERPs,
Work experience in Transfer Pricing & Tax tools
Good to Have:
Communication – Oral and emails
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Financial Reporting
SAP/Oracle ERP Systems
Audit Support & Documentation
Data Analysis
Regulatory Compliance
Job Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (Qualified / Semi Qualified)
Qualified/Semi Qualified CA (only CA required)
Tax Compliance
Preparing and filing direct and indirect tax returns.
Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Tax Planning
Identifying tax-saving opportunities.
Supporting strategic tax decisions.
Financial Accounting
Understanding financial statements, general ledger, and accounting principles.
Transfer Pricing
Assisting internal and external tax audits.
Maintaining documentation and evidence.
BPO Experience
Good communication skills.
