TCS hiring for Subject Admin LAW @ Mumbai

Role: Subject Admin - LAW
Location: Thane
Exp Range: 4 - 15 Yrs

Required Technical Skill set:

Must Have's ::
 
LL.B. / LL.M. / Ph.D. in Law
Strong academic grounding in Indian Legal System and Core Law Subjects
Experience of working in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development
Managing Stakeholders - internal & External
Good command over English both written and spoken


Roles & Responsibilities :

Ensuring quality Questions Bank for Assessments is developed
Question Bank Management:
• Structure & design Question Banks; Set quality standards item fo r writing & review in respective domain
• Track inventory and maintain optimum levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
SME Management:
• Define selection criteria and strategy.
• Monitor SME performance quality
• Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects
• Extensive coordination with SMEs for all test development activities.
Test Designing: Create test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfil requirements for test items and question sets.
Supporting Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and other requirements as per the needs of the organization
