The 'Precast Works Competency Centre' (PWCC) operates as a capability-based competency centre as part of a strategic initiative of L&T Construction Group. The centre focuses on improving efficiency and timely execution, fostering innovation, adopting futuristic technologies, building functional expertise and embracing digital technologies. As an Engineer within PWCC, your role will be pivotal in design efficiency, conducting peer reviews for standardization and contributing R&D efforts for innovation.
A candidate with robust and versatile design experience, coupled with a clear engineering design concept and a proven track record in various tall buildings and/or major infrastructure projects in Precast Construction, is essential. They should have designed projects from inception to completion, including LRSS, Foundation, Superstructure, Connections, Structural and Non-Structural Components. Additionally, proficiency in digital tools is paramount, particularly in finite element analysis with ETABS and STAAD, along with component level analysis using advanced FEA software such as ABAQUS, Ansys or DIANA FEA. Proficiency with engineering tools like MathCAD, Excel, and MS Office products is highly desirable.
