1. Responsible for : VVM ServicesHandles day to day Field level O&M
activities such as Corrective & Preventive maintenance ,
Troubleshooting/traces & Analysis of issuesSoftware & Patch
Upgrades/Spare management, System backup and Planned event
execution/support.Fault closer & Restoration of services
2. Responsible for IMS Core and VoLTE servicesDaily Health Check of
Hardware & Storage systems
3. Daily Health Check of PCSCF/BGW systems & routing plansMaintain up to
date hardware Type/Model/Vesrion and Software (OS, VM, cloud and Vendor
Application) inventory of Wireless core nodes
4. Coordinating with regulatory authorities, Circle Wire-line /
Wireless Network Core teams/ Business/ RAFM to resolve VVM services
related issues
BE
Minimum 3 Years - Maximum 8 Years
1. Knowledge of System Deployment & Integration of LTE Network
2. Understanding of Functional & Unit Testing & Fault Rectification
3. Able to provide Operations Support for IMS applications
