1. Ensure liasoning with authorities and obtain ROW permissions as per
plan for the span
2. Keep and maitain relationship with authorities incl. public
utilities departments, Police etc for smooth execution of work
3. Frequent support at the field during work executions
4. Coordiante and liason with local public and authorities
5. Report and regularly update progress
6. Lead and guide team and ensure progress
