Job Summary : Security Delivery Lead

 

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Governance Own service delivery performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments. Drive operational excellence and service maturity. Ensure service continuity and timely escalation management. Customer & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary customer-facing delivery leader. Conduct Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Governance Reviews. Build trusted relationships with CISO, BISO, and business stakeholders. Drive customer satisfaction and service improvements. Security Operations Oversight Provide governance across: SOC / MDR Endpoint Security Vulnerability Management IAM / PAM Cloud Security Email Security Incident Response Compliance & Risk Management Incident & Crisis Management Lead P1/P2 cyber incident governance. Drive executive communications and customer updates. Ensure RCA completion and preventive actions. Support cyber crisis and war-room management. Risk, Compliance & Audit Govern security and compliance risks. Track remediation of audit findings and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Leadership & Resource Management Manage workforce planning, utilization, hiring, and succession planning. Develop Security Leads, Engineers, and Analysts. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. Automation & Transformation Identify automation opportunities. Improve operational efficiency and reporting. Drive security service innovation and transformation programs.

 

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : Required Experience 15+ years in IT/Cybersecurity. 5+ years in Security Service Delivery leadership. Experience managing large enterprise/global customers. Proven experience leading customer governance, escalations, and security operations. Preferred Technical Expertise SOC / MDR Endpoint Security(AV/EDR) Vulnerability Management Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP) IAM / PAM Incident Response Security Compliance & Governance

 

Other Requirements

Skill Requirement : Required Experience 15+ years in IT/Cybersecurity. 5+ years in Security Service Delivery leadership. Experience managing large enterprise/global customers.
