We are seeking an experienced and dynamic R2R Sr. Manager with 15+ years of progressively responsible experience to lead our Record-to-Report function. This role requires deep expertise in managing month-end and year-end close processes, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, overseeing intercompany accounting, and managing fixed assets. In addition to technical skills, you will be responsible for team management and will engage in extensive client and stakeholder interactions, ensuring exceptional service delivery. A natural penchant for driving continuous improvement through automation, process streamlining, and efficient team utilization is essential.
