Damper Yoke – Lead Engineer
Experience: 10–15 years
Role Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of the damper yoke / clevis / mounting interface components across the product development lifecycle—from concept and requirements definition through detailed design, validation, and launch support. Lead technical decision making, integration with adjacent suspension systems, supplier technical delivery, and ensure quality, cost, weight, durability, and timing targets are achieved.
