ob Description: Security IAM - Privileged Access Management (PAM) L1\\r\\nJob Title\\r\\nSecurity IAM Analyst - Privileged Access Management (PAM) L1\\r\\nRole Overview\\r\\nThe Security IAM PAM L1 Analyst is responsible for supporting Privileged Access Management operations by provisioning, monitoring, and administering privileged accounts across enterprise environments. The role focuses on implementing access controls, onboarding privileged accounts, monitoring privileged sessions, and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and standards.\\r\\nThe analyst will work closely with Infrastructure, Application, Security Operations, and Governance teams to safeguard privileged identities and reduce insider and external security risks.\\r\\n________________________________________\\r\\n
Privileged Access Management Operations\\r\\n• Perform day-to-day PAM administration activities.\\r\\n• Manage privileged account onboarding and offboarding processes.\\r\\n• Provision, modify, and revoke privileged access based on approved requests.\\r\\n• Support management of privileged accounts, service accounts, and shared accounts.\\r\\n• Ensure privileged credentials are securely stored and managed within PAM solutions.\\r\\n• Monitor privileged account activities and session logs.\\r\\nMonitoring & Compliance\\r\\n• Monitor privileged access alerts and escalate security concerns.\\r\\n• Generate operational reports and compliance dashboards.\\r\\n• Support audit evidence collection related to privileged access controls.\\r\\n• Maintain accurate records of privileged account activities.\\r\\nIncident & Support Activities\\r\\n• Provide first-level support for PAM-related issues and user requests.\\r\\n• Assist in troubleshooting access-related problems.\\r\\n• Escalate complex IAM/PAM issues to L2 and L3 teams.\\r\\n• Participate in privileged access governance reviews.\\r\\n________________________________________\\r\\n\\r\\n
