Job Summary

Workspace ONE Administrator / Mobility Engineer (BP Account)

Role Summary
Manage and support VMware Workspace ONE UEM for BP's enterprise mobility environment, ensuring secure device management, application deployment, compliance, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain VMware Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access.
• Manage device lifecycle for Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices (Corporate & BYOD).
• Configure profiles, compliance policies, device restrictions, certificates, and SSO settings.
• Deploy and manage enterprise applications across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment issues.
• Integrate Workspace ONE with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and PKI infrastructure.
• Support OS upgrades, patch management, and security policy implementation.
• Create SOPs, KB articles, and operational documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders, service delivery teams, and support groups.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Mobility/UEM.
• Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE administration.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments.

BP Environment Exposure

• Managing large-scale corporate and BYOD device fleets.
• Application deployment and compliance enforcement.
• Device enrollment troubleshooting and mobility support.
• Security policy implementation and audit compliance support.
