Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform customer account creation and account set-up activities in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
  • Review customer onboarding documentation and conduct credit evaluations using established risk assessment parameters.
  • Analyze customer credit reports, financial statements, and supporting documents to assess creditworthiness.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers
  • Recommend and review credit limits in line with company policies and risk management guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and end customers to obtain required information and complete account set-up activities within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer master data, and internal control requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of customer records in relevant systems.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to service excellence initiatives.

Skill Requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Banking Operations, Credit Evaluation, or Account Set-up processes.
  • Exposure to Customer Master Data Management, Customer Onboarding, KYC, and AML processes.
  • Experience in Credit Analysis, Account Opening, Financial Operations, or related functions is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements, credit reports, and customer documentation.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
