Role Name

Software Developer  – C#/.NET and C++

Responsibilities

• Design and develop client-server software using MVC, C++, C#/.NET, WPF, WCF, RDBMS, and HTML.
• Define technical architecture blueprints aligned with product roadmaps and translate product requirements into application designs.
• Design and develop service platforms and products that enable remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Drive strategic and tactical technology decisions, including software modernization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to developers in alignment with project objectives.
• Develop proof of concepts to evaluate architectural approaches and technology solutions.
• Perform structured code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams.
• Prepare detailed effort estimates for software design and implementation using Agile principles.
• Investigate, analyse, and resolve complex software-related issues.
• Own and maintain software architecture and design documentation.
• Coordinate with DevOps engineers to configure and maintain development and deployment environments.
• Design middleware and backend solutions using message queues and event-driven architecture.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote appropriate technology enhancements.
• Support multiple assignments independently while ensuring timely delivery and software quality.

Must-Have Skills

1. Strong software architecture, application design, and hands-on development experience.
2. Proficiency in C#/.NET and C++.
3. Hands-on experience with MVC, WPF, and WCF.
4. Experience developing client-server, middleware, or backend applications.
5. Strong understanding of middleware patterns, message queues, and event-driven architecture.
