Incident Management & Troubleshooting\\\\r\\\\nHandle critical incidents and escalations.\\\\r\\\\nTroubleshoot:\\\\r\\\\nUser access issues (VPN, proxy, SASE platforms)\\\\r\\\\nApplication/website access issues\\\\r\\\\nDNS, latency, and connectivity problems\\\\r\\\\nAnalyze logs using:\\\\r\\\\nPanorama (Palo Alto)\\\\r\\\\nZscaler dashboards (ZIA/ZPA)\\\\r\\\\nPerform packet capture analysis (Wireshark/tcpdump)\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n2.
