Roles & Responsibilities :
1 Establish clear channels of communication with Subject Matter Expert and set expectations for regular updates and feedback.
2 Identify and plan innovative programs to engage with SME's on regular basis
3 Create a positive experience for SME's
4 Collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
5 Proactively identification of areas for improvement in SME Engagement
