• Serve as an SME for CyberArk and BeyondTrust PAM solutions, responsible for implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, IAM, security, and application teams to deliver integrations, upgrades, automation initiatives, and platform enhancements.

• Serve as an SME for CyberArk and BeyondTrust PAM solutions, responsible for implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.
• Manage privileged account, system, application, and endpoint onboarding while ensuring secure access controls and compliance with organizational security standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, IAM, security, and application teams to deliver integrations, upgrades, automation initiatives, and platform enhancements.

Technical Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) and/or BeyondTrust PAM solutions, including implementation, administration, support, and operational management.
• Experience in implementing and supporting PAM and EPM solutions using CyberArk and/or BeyondTrust technologies.
• Strong knowledge of CyberArk Core PAS (Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, CCP/AAM) and/or BeyondTrust Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access (PRA), Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), and related PAM components.
• Experience in installing, configuring, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting CyberArk and/or BeyondTrust environments in enterprise-scale deployments.
• Hands-on experience integrating CyberArk and/or BeyondTrust with Windows, UNIX/Linux servers, databases, network devices, cloud platforms, SSH keys, and enterprise applications.
• Experience in creating and managing Safes, platforms, policies, owners, asset groups, account groups, and privileged access controls within CyberArk and/or BeyondTrust environments.
• Experience in configuring and managing password management policies, password rotations, account onboarding processes, and privileged credential lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience onboarding privileged accounts, assets, applications, and target systems into CyberArk and/or BeyondTrust platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, Active Directory, LDAP, Windows Server, UNIX/Linux administration, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
•  Strong experience in Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization environments, and infrastructure troubleshooting supporting PAM deployments.
• Knowledge of high-availability configurations, disaster recovery, and PAM platform resiliency concepts.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PACLI, REST APIs, PowerShell scripting, and equivalent BeyondTrust automation and integration capabilities for administration and operational tasks.
• Experience integrating PAM solutions with LDAP, Active Directory, MFA solutions, SIEM platforms, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems and troubleshooting PAM-related issues across hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide L3 operational support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and platform optimization for CyberArk and BeyondTrust environments.
