Job Description

Seeking an experienced SalesForce Marketing Cloud Professional. The resource will be responsible for requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization of SalesForce Marketing Cloud implementations

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio)
  • Create audience segments, manage Data Extensions, perform data imports/exports, and ensure data quality for personalized marketing communications
  • Configure and implement Salesforce Personalization (MCP) use cases to deliver real-time, individualized customer experiences across Web, Mobile channels
  • Develop and optimize customer journeys using behavioral data and real-time personalization capabilities from Salesforce Personalization (MCP)
  • Perform Sitemap implementation and updates in Salesforce Personalization (MCP) to track customer interactions, capture behavioral events, and support personalized experiences across digital touchpoints
  • Create and manage audience segmentation, Data Extensions, Data models, and complex data transformations using SQL for campaign targeting and reporting
  • Develop dynamic and personalized email content using AMPscript, including data retrieval, conditional logic, content personalization, and triggered communications
  • Build custom solutions and integrations using Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) to automate marketing processes and support advanced business requirements
  • Perform troubleshooting, testing, and release validation activities.
  • Analyze adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Create documentation and support knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, and project managers.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and effort estimations.

Technical requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
  • Understanding of user adoption, user guidance, and digital transformation concepts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Experience with adoption analytics and reporting.
  • Understanding of change management and digital adoption best practices.
