· Perform end-to-end testing across ServiceNow modules: ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem), SecOps (Security Incident Response), and Vulnerability Response
· Validate integrations including bi-directional data flow, e-bonding, Splunk integration, and API-based (REST/SOAP) interfaces
· Conduct data migration testing (SecOps → ITSM) including field mapping, data integrity, and reconciliation validation
