Job Description

ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Location: PAN INDIA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to design, develop, and customize HRSD applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow HR modules, integration experience with HR systems, and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications, including:
    • HR Case Management
    • HR Knowledge Management
    • Employee Service Center (Portal)
    • Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
    • Employee Document Management
    • Performance Analytics for HR
  • Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HRSM/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Implement integrations with directories such as Active Directory using LDAPs.
  • Work on integrations using Web Services, JDBC, and SFTP.
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
  • Establish repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments ensuring reliability and high availability.
  • Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards.
  • Ensure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes.

Technical Skills

  • ServiceNow HRSD development and customization.
  • JavaScript, Jelly, XML, HTML, CSS.
  • Integration experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • LDAP, Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration.
  • SQL and LDAP query creation.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
  • Ability to participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (pre-iteration and retrospectives).

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM.
  • ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
