ServiceNow Senior Technical Lead / Architect / Consultant

Location: PAN INDIA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Technical Lead / Architect / Consultant to lead complex ServiceNow implementations, define ITIL processes, and design integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architecture-level configurations, project leadership, and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ServiceNow transformation projects across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and integrations.
  • Define ITIL processes and design integration solutions.
  • Deliver architecture-level configurations and technical solutions.
  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications.
  • Oversee ServiceNow deployments, integrations with third-party tools, orchestration, and operational activities.
  • Manage projects involving support, maintenance, migration, upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
  • Lead at least five end-to-end implementation projects in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM, SAM), and CMDB.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Review requirements for accuracy and completeness to ensure proper estimation.
  • Design best-practice solutions based on customer requirements and convert them into functional requirements.
  • Maintain and review license data in ServiceNow and proactively report compliance issues.
  • Evaluate customer requirements against ITIL and industry standards to identify correlations and impacts.

Required Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in:
    • ITSM
    • HAM
    • SAM
    • Discovery
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
  • Proven experience in:
    • Leading at least 3 or more transformation implementation projects.
    • ServiceNow custom application design and development.
    • IT Asset Management Lifecycle and HAM Pro features.
    • Merging multiple ServiceNow instances.

Technical Skills

  • ServiceNow architecture and advanced configurations.
  • Integration experience with third-party tools and orchestration.
  • Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM, SAM), CMDB.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and SDLC.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
