Webcast/Broadcast (Teams) Engineer
MS Teams Live Events Self-Service Administration Administer the self-service access request process for MS Teams Live Events, including NPM (managed mailbox) provisioning and approval workflows. Support event organizers with pre-event setup, producer role assignment, and technical readiness checks. Webcast/Broadcast Production Support Provide L3 technical support during live webcast/broadcast events, including troubleshooting streaming, audio/video, and network issues in real time. Coordinate with the external event subcontractor (Meetyoo) for large-scale/high-visibility event production and technical handoff. Incident, Problem & Change Management Own L3 incident escalation and problem management/root-cause analysis for webcast/broadcast and Teams Live Events issues. Plan and execute changes to the Teams Live Events self-service process and supporting infrastructure. Stakeholder & Support-Tier Coordination Coordinate with GUHD (Global User Helpdesk) and GVOC (Global Video Operation Center) on event support escalation and support-tier alignment. Coordinate with event organizers, communications teams, and the Meetyoo subcontractor on event scheduling and technical requirements. Documentation & Reporting Maintain SOPs and technical runbooks for webcast/broadcast event support; produce post-event and operational reports. Participate in governance and service review meetings.
