Provide a multi-skilled POD for customer-facing integration, feature validation, defect triage, release verification, and issue resolution across telecom network functions and cloud platforms.
| Understand customer use cases, deployment topology, acceptance criteria, release scope, and operational constraints. | ||||
| Integrate software builds with dependent network functions, cloud platforms, tools, and external interfaces. | ||||
| Create and execute end-to-end, feature, regression, interoperability, upgrade, scale, and failure-recovery tests. | ||||
| Reproduce customer issues, collect logs and traces, isolate faults, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams. | ||||
| Track defects from discovery through triage, fix validation, closure, and customer communication. | ||||
| Support onsite activities such as environment readiness, joint debugging, demonstrations, acceptance testing, and release cutover. | ||||
| Automate repetitive test flows, health checks, data collection, and result reporting. | ||||
| Maintain test plans, topology documents, runbooks, known-issue lists, dashboards, and daily or weekly status. |
| 1 | Experience in Packet Core telecom integration, system testing, or customer validation. | ||||
| 2 | Strong Linux, networking, protocol, log-analysis, and troubleshooting skills. | ||||
| 3 | Ability to work across multiple network functions, interfaces, cloud layers, and dependent systems. | ||||
| 4 | Experience with test planning, defect management, release validation, and customer-facing technical communication. | ||||
| 5 | Automation capability using Python, shell, Robot Framework, or equivalent. | ||||
| 6 | Ability to collaborate in an onsite-offshore delivery model and handle priority issues. | ||||
| Knowledge of mobile core, IMS, packet core, orchestration, or cloud-native network functions. | ||||
| Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, public cloud, traffic generators, protocol analyzers, and observability platforms. | ||||
| Prior experience in telecom customer labs, production trials, or acceptance testing. |
