Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist in DS PLM plays a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality product and sustenance solutions within the organization. This position entails leveraging industry-leading practices to drive project success and advancement, ensuring that the team's output aligns with both client requirements and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Lead The Development Of Innovative Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using Ds Plm Tools And Methodologies, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Objectives.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert In Ds Plm, Providing Strategic Insights And Guidance To The Team And Stakeholders, Facilitating Informed Decision-Making.
3. Conduct Continuous Knowledge Enhancement Initiatives By Exploring And Integrating New Technologies Relevant To Ds Plm, Ensuring Solutions Are Up-To-Date And Meet Quality Standards.
4. Foster A Skilled Workforce By Conducting Interviews, Delivering Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members On Ds Plm Best Practices And Methodologies.
5. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions Based On An In-Depth Understanding Of Ds Plm Technology And Domain Requirements.
6. Drive Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Propositions, Including The Creation Of Technical Collateral And White Papers, While Conducting Market Trend Analysis To Keep The Team Ahead Of Industry Shifts.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Advocating For And Applying Industry Best Practices In Ds Plm Solutions, Ensuring Maximum Return On Investment For Clients.

1. Expert Proficiency In Ds Plm Tools And Methodologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Product Life Cycle Management Processes And Principles.
3. Ability To Architect Complex Solutions And Manage Project Scope Effectively.
4. Excellent Mentoring And Training Skills To Develop Team Capabilities.
5. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Gather Specifications And Design Solutions.
6. Proficient In Market Analysis And Trend Evaluation Relevant To Ds Plm.

Other Requirements
