Job Description

Job Summary

  • Experienced in MES master data cleansing, standardization, validation, and preparation of Materials, BOMs, Routings, Resources, Work Centers, Equipment, and Data Collection configurations.
  • Analyze source system data, identify duplicates, resolve data quality issues, perform data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation to ensure MES deployment readiness.
  • Collaborate with business SMEs, site teams, and MES architects to define master data templates, governance standards, and migration strategies across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Execute data extraction, profiling, cleansing, verification, and loading activities while ensuring compliance with established data quality KPIs and validation rules.
  • Support MES implementation and rollout programs by providing master data readiness assessments, issue resolution, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
