Maintain and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, standards, and security protocols. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative features like flows, workflows, process builder, and validation rules. Proficiency in Salesforce integration with external systems (REST, SOAP APIs). Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code). Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira or Trello. Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I) is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development. Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or third-party ETL tools. Knowledge of Salesforce security and data management best practices. |
