Job Description

Job Summary

  • As a Informatica data management cloud Architect
    • Design, build, and govern scalable, resilient, and high-performance cloud data integration and data management architectures that support Zurich’s data-driven insurance operations, risk modeling, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Design:
    • Design end-to-end As-Is and To-Be data integration and pipeline architectures using Informatica IDMC / IICS (Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, MDM SaaS).
    • Lead the migration and refactoring of legacy on-premise ETL landscapes (such as Informatica PowerCenter) to cloud-native data platforms.
  • Cloud & Platform Integration:
    • Integrate hybrid and multi-cloud environments (predominantly AWS / Microsoft Azure) with enterprise data warehouses and lakehouses (such as Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud data stores like Yellowbrick or Azure Data Lake).
    • Define patterns for batch processing, real-time/streaming data flows, and API/microservice-based data integration.
  • Data Modeling & Governance:
    • Oversee canonical data modeling, dimensional modeling, 3NF, and Data Vault designs to ensure enterprise-wide data consistency and asset democratization.
    • Implement data quality, metadata management, and data governance standards aligned with insurance compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Partner with enterprise architects, cloud engineers, business analysts, and security/compliance teams in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
    • Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentorship to global development teams

Skill Requirements

  • IDMC, and data quality/MDM components.
  • familiarity with AWS (S3, Redshift, AWS Glue) and/or Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, ADLS).
  • Yellowbricks, Scripting,  Advanced SQL, unix Oracle,Python
