Purpose of the position

The position is responsible for timely support & attending PM and breakdowns at BIW Fixtures, Welding Controllers, Transformers, TCF equipment’s, EMS , Hoist Cranes, Filling Equipment’s and EOL equipment of Winger Factory .

 

Personal Profile

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical /Electronics

Skills
  1. Strong knowledge in Maintenance and Reliability
  2. Problem solving techniques
  3. Electrical drawing reading
  4. Knowledge of Electrical & electronics
  5. Knowledge of upcoming  machine technologies
  6. Ability to analyze & diagnose machine problems & chronological decisions for corrections.

  1. 3-8 years

Functional Development

 

  1. Attend, Supervise and manage Electrical Break down of machines & equipment at BIW & TCF line of Winger Factory.
  2. Reduction in breakdown time & timely support to upkeep of machines & equipment.
  3. Schedule and execution of Electrical Preventive & predictive Maintenance activities
  4. Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
  5. Maintenance of electronics, electrical drives, PC ware and networking.
  6. Daily updation and monitoring of maintenance performance- SQPDCME, Breakdown time, 5’s, suggestion, improvements etc
  7. Daily monitoring usage of energy in terms of Electrical Power consumption.
  8. Identify new energy saving ideas and its implementation.
  9. Installation, commissioning and programming of VFD and its maintenance
  10. Resolve electrical maintenance issue raised in IRC & DSC meetings.
  11. Provision and maintenance of lighting and fan facilities in Shop.
  12. Compliance of  portable equipment inspection.
  13. Periodic checking of earth pits.

  2. Building the electronics repair skill within team members.
  3. Imparting Small group activities within team members
  4. Participation of team members in various company initiatives
  5. Resolving the issue through internal and external communication
