The Sales Gallery Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the sales gallery (experience center/show apartment), ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

  • Welcome and engage prospective customers visiting the sales gallery.
    • Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the buyer journey.
    • Manage daily operations of the sales gallery and model apartments.
    • Ensure the gallery is maintained as per brand and project standards.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping, facility management, security, and vendors for smooth functioning.
    • Lead and supervise receptionists, customer relationship executives, and gallery support staff.

  • Monitor staff performance and adherence to service standards

  • Work closely with Sales, CRM, Marketing, Projects, and Facilities teams.
  • Coordinate site visit logistics and customer transportation arrangements where required.
For a luxury real estate developer such as L&T Realty, this role can additionally focus on delivering a premium customer experience, managing VIP visits, coordinating broker engagements, and ensuring world-class presentation standards across sales galleries and experience centers.


Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in real estate sales, customer experience, hospitality, or sales gallery management.
  • Experience managing luxury residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred. #LI-DNI
