Financial Reporting and Compliance:
1. Detailed review of Financial Focus & Control Areas to ensure any adverse reporting and maintaining our BU Scorecard for NIL Pendency.
2. Finalized all the Check and Balances required for book closure of all the Mining Companies with respect to Monthly / Quarterly.
3. Compliance of the group guidelines with respect to SOP/ DOA / IFC/ Mass Compliance/ MSME Payment Compliance/ Nil Exposure to company from GST Credit prospective / RCM Liability and Payment compliance.
Operating Budget preparation, control & Support:
1. Coordination and Validation Annual operating Budget input & comparing with historical cost
2. Effective monitoring of budget uploaded Vs Utilized along with reason for variance by way of analysis & timely input to business.
3. Release of PR/ SES with due justification.
Capex, Projects and your contribution:
1. Assist Business in De-Bottlenecking Mine/ Projects to complete the projected Capex plan both in terms of spent and capitalisation.
Future Proofing - Talent Development and Management:
Responsible for Mentoring and developing the team members for higher level roles or step up for potential replacements in the key leadership roles in the Cluster / Group.
Support in Monthly Cash flow projection:
Timely & Accurately providing input for monthly/quarterly/ 3 month rolling cash flow projections for Opex and Capex
Educational Qualification:
Essential: CA/ MBA/ Degree in Finance
Experiences:
12+ years of professional experience
8+ years’ experience in finance and accounts in a large organization (Manufacturing or Mining Industry)
8+ years’ experience in a MIS and Planning and Budgeting role
