This role is accountable for orchestrating cross-tower delivery (SAP, MES, PLM, Planning), ensuring end-to-end process integration from engineering to manufacturing to supply chain, while driving business outcomes such as cycle time reduction, planning accuracy, and manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead end-to-end S/4HANA transformation program across SAP, MES, PLM, and Kinaxis workstreams
•    Establish integrated program governance, roadmap, and cross-system architecture alignment
•    Manage complex semiconductor use cases:

o    Plan-to-Produce (Kinaxis → SAP → MES)
o    As-built / as-designed traceability and genealogy
•    Drive alignment across business (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain), IT, and system integrators
•    Oversee delivery of:
o    SAP core (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
o    Data migration (material master, BOMs, routings, quality data)
o    Integrations (PLM–SAP–MES–Kinaxis)
•    Lead cutover planning and go-live readiness across multiple plants/sites
•    Ensure strong governance on RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), KPIs, and value realization
•    Manage vendors, global delivery teams, and offshore/onshore coordination
•    Drive business readiness, training, and adoption across manufacturing sites

Must-Have Skills
•    Deep S/4HANA transformation experience (Greenfield/Brownfield; ECC → S/4 migration)
•    Strong understanding of semiconductor or discrete manufacturing processes:
o    BOM complexity, routings, work centers, shop floor integration
•    Proven experience integrating SAP with MES and PLM systems
•    Hands-on experience with planning tools (Kinaxis or equivalent APS solutions)
•    Expertise in cross-system integration, data migration, and end-to-end process design
•    Strong program governance, PMO, and multi-workstream leadership capabilities
•    Experience managing large global programs with multiple system integrators
•    Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain leadership
•    Strong command of risk, dependency, and change management
Nice-to-Have Skills
•    Experience in semiconductor industry (e.g., LAM, Applied Materials, Intel ecosystem)
•    Exposure to fab operations, equipment integration, and manufacturing analytics
•    Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing / OpCenter / Industry 4.0 solutions / S4HANA Supply Chain
•    Familiarity with PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill) and MES tools
•    Experience with SAP BTP, cloud integration, and data platforms (Databricks, AI/ML use cases)
•    Certifications: PMP, SAP Activate, SAFe Agile
•    Experience leading multi-site / global rollouts and template-based deployments
•    Experience with all MS tools especially MS Project
Experience & Qualifications
