Job Summary

Frontend Developer (React/Angular)

ROLE OVERVIEW 

We are hiring a Senior Frontend Developer to design, build and maintain high-quality, performant and visually polished web applications using React.js and Angular. This role spans hands-on individual contribution and technical leadership — translating designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, testable code, building reusable components and frontend libraries, and integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.

As you progress into the Technical Lead dimension of this role, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, conduct code reviews, establish quality assurance processes, ensure process compliance within assigned modules, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables — preparing status reports that minimize risk and proactively address escalations.

Key Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

React.js Development

• Develop and implement user interface components using React concepts and workflows.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the application.
• Integrating with user interface components with .Net Core APIs.
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Angular Development

• Develop and implement frontend components using Angular for web applications.
• Participate actively in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers in React.js and Angular, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity through knowledge sharing and training sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards while optimizing performance through effective debugging and profiling techniques.
• Mentor junior developers through pairing, reviews and knowledge sharing.

Quality, Compliance & Risk

• Ensure process compliance within assigned modules and actively participate in technical discussions as a consultant, evaluating feasibility studies, assessing technical alternatives, and identifying potential risks related to architecture and component breakdown.
• Ensure the best possible performance and responsiveness of the applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with the design and product teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables, preparing and submitting detailed status reports to minimize risks and address escalations proactively.

Skill Requirements

  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

Experience

• Solid hands-on experience as a frontend developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong track record delivering high-quality, production-grade web applications.
• Experience operating as a technical lead — mentoring developers and driving quality standards — is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles; advanced proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem, including Redux and related libraries.
• Proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and best practices; solid understanding of JavaScript with the ability to implement responsive design principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux and Flux; familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Knowledge of integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of responsive design principles to ensure a consistent user experience across devices.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Knowledge of software design principles and patterns; in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices, specifically Agile.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet project deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required).
