What will you be doing? 

We are looking to hire an experienced SFA - FP&A to strengthen the finance organization at Glance. If you're excited to be part of a winning start-up team and enjoy working with data, solving problems and improving processes, make your next career move with us! 

As an SFA in the FP&A team at Glance, you will be responsible for driving monthly revenue closing, MIS reporting, financial reporting and automation initiatives. You will work closely with Business Finance, Accounting, Controllership and business teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting, effective reconciliations and integrity of financial information. 

The role will involve owning recurring MIS and reporting processes, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting, and driving process improvements to improve efficiency, scalability and accuracy. You will also support P&L reporting, variance analysis, forecasting and other FP&A activities while ensuring strong financial controls and reporting discipline. 
 

Key Responsibilities  

• Own the monthly revenue closure process, ensuring timely, accurate and complete revenue reporting across OEMs, businesses and markets.  

• Drive end-to-end coordination with Business Finance, Accounting, Controllership and business teams to resolve revenue variances, adjustments, accruals and reconciliation items.  

• Prepare and publish monthly MIS and management reporting, providing clear visibility on revenue and key business performance metrics.  

• Own recurring revenue MIS, dashboards and performance reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and timely submission.  

• Partner with Accounting/Controllership to ensure revenue recognition, invoicing, accruals and financial reporting are accurate and audit ready.  

• Drive reporting automation using tools such as Databricks, Power BI and Advanced Excel to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy and shorten reporting timelines.  

• Identify gaps in existing reporting processes and drive standardization, controls and process improvements across FP&A and revenue reporting.  

• Support monthly P&L closure and management reporting, including revenue, cost and key business performance metrics.  

• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases and executive reporting as required.  
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve FP&A processes, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. 

Required Skills & Qualifications  

• MBA (Finance) or Chartered accountant with 2–3 years of experience in FP&A.  

• Understanding of revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance management.  

• Experience in handling month-end close processes, variance analysis, and management reporting, MIS Reporting  

• Experience with Advance Excel, dashboarding tools such as Power BI, or similar visualization tools.  

• Demonstrated ability to drive automation, process improvements, and reporting efficiencies.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
