Job Description

Job Summary

The Sr. Citrix Cloud Administrator plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support and operations for Citrix Cloud environments. This position is essential for troubleshooting complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure operational excellence. By leveraging in-depth expertise, the administrator supports seamless operations and maintains a strong security posture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Troubleshooting And Root Cause Analysis For Complex Incidents In Citrix Cloud Environments, Implementing Effective Solutions That Enhance System Performance And Security.
2. Collaborate With Support Teams To Resolve Escalated Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Minimal Downtime And Effective Incident Management.
3. Develop And Manage Knowledge Base Articles To Facilitate Efficient Problem Resolution And Contribute To Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
4. Conduct Training Sessions And Coaching For Analysts, Fostering A Culture Of Learning And Knowledge Sharing Within The Support Team.
5. Monitor And Mitigate Security Threats Within Citrix Cloud, Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies And Regulatory Standards While Maintaining A High Customer Satisfaction Rate.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Citrix Cloud Technologies With Advanced Troubleshooting Skills.
2. Strong Understanding Of Incident Management Processes And Root Cause Analysis Methodologies.
3. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effective Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams.
4. Familiarity With Knowledge Management Practices And Experience In Training Or Mentoring Team Members.
5. Knowledge Of Security Best Practices Within Cloud Environments.

Other Requirements

1. Citrix Certified Associate Virtualization (Cca-V) Is Optional But Valuable.
2. Citrix Certified Professional Virtualization (Ccp-V) Is Recommended
