Test Automation Engineer (AI-Augmented Quality Engineering) - Required Skills |
|
|
|
|
|
Strong hands-on experience in test automation engineering with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks. |
|
|
Proven experience with Java Selenium WebDriver and modern UI automation frameworks for web application testing. |
|
|
Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UI, API, and microservices testing methodologies. |
|
|
Experience developing automated test solutions using Java or Python and associated testing frameworks. |
|
|
Hands-on experience with BDD/TDD practices using industry-standard frameworks and libraries such as Cucumber, Behave, JUnit, TestNG, or PyTest. |
|
|
Experience authoring, reviewing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, test plans, test data, and reusable test suites. |
|
|
Experience automating API testing and validating distributed microservices architectures. |
|
|
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows to support continuous quality engineering. |
|
|
Experience testing applications deployed on Azure, Kubernetes, AKS, and cloud-native environments. |
|
|

|
|
Strong experience using Squash Test Management (or equivalent test management platforms) for test planning, execution, traceability, and reporting. |
|
|
Experience with performance, load, resilience, and scalability testing using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner. |
|
|
Exposure to AI Agent testing, LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt validation, Agentic AI quality engineering, and Responsible AI testing practices. |
|
|
Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, or modern test automation platforms. |
|
|
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Compliance, or Trade Surveillance domains. |
