Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance, Accounting, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting stakeholders.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP FPSL solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Configure FPSL accounting rules, posting logic, subledger processes, and reporting structures.
  • Translate IFRS 9, IFRS 17, Local GAAP, and regulatory accounting requirements into functional specifications.
  • Support integration between SAP FPSL and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  • Perform Fit-Gap analysis and provide functional solution recommendations.
  • Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
  • Support financial closing, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, data migration, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials. [SAP FPSL JD | Word]

Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of SAP consulting experience with hands-on SAP FPSL expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL)
    • Accounting Rules & Posting Logic
    • Financial Close & Reconciliation
    • Regulatory Reporting & Compliance
    • IFRS 9 and/or IFRS 17
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance integration.
  • Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and functional configuration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.
