Requirements and Key Responsibilities: Develop and Support,
We are looking for a Techno functional consultant to support us with the implementation and then support
of SAP ABAP with Document and Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC). As the SAP ABAP with DRC Consultant, you will
be responsible for implementation process and ensuring seamless integration
between systems. The tasks will include guiding business stakeholders and the product team,
managing incoming and outgoing e-invoice flows, and integrating SAP DRC with various
networks. And provide the support on the issues impediments.
Develop and customize ABAP solutions supporting DRC flows including, DRC interface enhancements.
Integration logic between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and non‑SAP systems. SOAP/REST integrations related to DRC,
Integration with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM),SAP Business Network (SBN),Peppol Network for e‑invoicing.
Prepare technical specifications, develop custom objects, and ensure alignment with DRC legal requirements.
Document configurations, error handling logic, and DRC customizations
Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, go‑live, and post‑go‑live hyper-care support
Troubleshoot complex DRC‑related issues including mapping errors, interface failures, e‑document exceptions.
Strong ABAP expertise Interfaces & Integrations (SAP BW, SAP ECC, non‑SAP systems),Function modules, IDocs, BAPIs, enhancements,
SOAP service implementation (including integrations like Pronto).
Good understanding of SAP FI processes supporting DRC
Implementation Guidance, Lead the SAP DRC implementation from start to finish,
guiding both business stakeholders and the product team.
Incoming Flow: Handle B2B e-invoices for Germany, build integration from SAP DRC to VIM and SAP Business Network (SBN).
Outgoing Flow: Manage the integration of outgoing B2B e-invoices in SAP DRC for Belgium, Germany,Italy, France etc.
Mailbox Integration: Connect SAP DRC with the appropriate mailbox, especially in Germany, where it is the allowed channel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary product team to
ensure successful delivery.
Experience: 5+ years of experience
in SAP technical implementations in the AR/AP area.
Expertise in SAP ABP and DRC: Proven knowledge and experience with SAP DRC, having
successfully completed at least 1 SAP ABAP - DRC implementation and support.
SAP FI Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP FI (Financial Accounting).
Any other integrations from non -SAP Systems to SAP DRC.
Experience and skilled in SAP ABAP related to SAP DRC.
Experience in SAP ABAP related integration of SAP ERP and non SAP systems with SAP DRC.
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and the Ariba network is a plus
